Hi. Will there be any training involved before 'going live' in order to offer a consistent service? Or will new staff be expected to bring expertise and knowledge relevant to the geographical area they are working in?
The new Support Workers will be provided with training in-house. Session one is about what people on low incomes are up against financially. Session two is about how to run a money health-check session using the Future-Proof Finance Quiz, a tool designed by Clean Slate for Support Workers to use to open up discussion with the client and provide them with the information they need to take control of their finances.
If you have any other questions, drop us a line here or you can email email@example.com
Hi. I would like to apply for the Support Workers role. I live in Oxfordshire but understand that as this will be remote working I am still able to apply? Thanks.
Thanks for your question.
Due to the detailed level of local knowledge needed for our guidance and signposting, we are unfortunately only looking for staff who are based in B&NES, Gloucestershire, London or Wales at this time.
