Agreement with you about using your photograph
At Clean Slate we help people on low incomes become better off by supporting them to manage their money better, find work or better paid work, and get online. Quids in! is our money skills initiative where we produce magazines and guides to help people with their money.
We like to use photos of real people in our communications so that:
We are very grateful to everyone for agreeing to share their photograph with us.
By law, we need to ask for your consent. Plus, we want you to feel informed and in control of your image and information. Have a read of all this and, if you are happy, fill in and sign the form at the end. If it’s not for you, that’s fine too.
We will keep your photo for three years but, if you want us to remove it before then, or if you want to make a complaint, you can do it by emailing [email protected].
We can change your name and other details if you prefer, although we probably won’t be able to use these photos in the national media as journalists tend to prefer a named person.
We need you to know that websites and social media can be seen throughout the world, and not just in the United Kingdom, where UK law applies. But we expect you know that already!
Data protection: The information you provide here will only be used to contact you about sharing your story in our communications work. We will not store your data for longer than three years.
