The type of personal information we collect
Clean Slate Training & Employment C.I.C. (CSTE) currently collects and processes the following information:

We collect this information to send email communications concerning CSTE’s products and services. CSTE does not process personal (i.e. non-professional) contact details for legitimate interest communications in keeping with GDPR guidelines.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in our online databases: AdvicePro, Insightly, Monday, BreatheHR, Jotform, Google Workspace, Surveymonkey, Riddle and Mailchimp.
We keep personal and professional contact details, personnel information such as application details, training and personal development information, information on gender, race, health conditions, offences/criminal record, payroll information, accountancy information such as charges made to customers and charges paid to suppliers for five years. We will then dispose your information by deleting your data from any and all of the databases listed above.
