Through our ELE-Ments programme, we provide traineeships for jobseekers that equip people with paid work experience and training to take up money coach roles with us in the future. We aim for all staff to progress into new and more senior roles, ultimately with opportunities to join our Board. It's not just about lived experience, of course, we want to attract the best talent to help us deliver the best products and services who support our aspirations.
